NorthField Sourcing terms of service

These terms cover use of the NorthField Sourcing inquiry pages. They are a notice about how this desk works. They are not a construction contract, a dealer agreement, or a code opinion.

Independent role

NorthField Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It does not claim authorized dealer status, is not z modular, and is not affiliated with z modular. Pages may repeat a searched brand so a buyer can see the comparison target. That repetition is not a supply offer for the original brand and it is not a license to use another party mark beyond the comparison itself.

What a submission is

A form submission is a request to organize questions and quotations. It does not reserve a module, lock a price, or start fabrication. Suppliers who receive a brief answer for themselves. Their lead time, warranty and capacity are statements they make, and the buyer checks them. NorthField Sourcing does not adopt those statements as its own facts.

Scope and price

Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey descriptions are different commercial scopes. Freight, tax, duty, foundation work, utilities and crane time stay outside a unit price unless a supplier writes them into that supplier reply. The desk will not publish a market-gap figure or a fixed cut from a quoted total. Any sourcing benefit shown in the site banner is limited to the wording on that banner, including the review of product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements for qualified business buyers.

Technical decisions

Design wind speed, ground snow load, seismic design category, fire-resistance rating and thermal transmittance are project inputs. IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472 and ISO 9001 are names of documents a buyer may ask a supplier to produce for the quoted system and jurisdiction. Listing the names does not mean this desk holds the accreditation or that a building complies. The buyer and the licensed professionals on the project accept the technical path.

Catalog limits

Product names on the options page are inquiry labels. An empty image is an empty image. It is not evidence of stock, of a factory audit, or of interchangeability with a named brand. Search strings that look like places, jobs, logos or unrelated mathematics are indexed only so the measured query is acknowledged. They are not offices, vacancies or calculations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the form to send unlawful content, to impersonate another buyer, or to request that this desk pretend to be a manufacturer. Do not scrape the pages in order to present NorthField Sourcing as the owner of a third-party project. The desk may refuse a brief that lacks a business purpose or that asks for the original brand as if this site could supply it.

Liability limit

Information on these pages is a procurement aid. It may be incomplete. Quotations can change after a site visit, a code review or a freight check. To the extent the law allows, NorthField Sourcing is not liable for a supplier error, a permit denial, a delayed crane, or a buyer decision made from a partial brief. Nothing here creates a warranty of fitness for a particular building.

Changes

These terms can be updated by editing this page. The version a buyer sees at submission is the version that describes the desk at that time. Continuing to send briefs after an update means the later text applies to later briefs. Earlier briefs keep the facts that were actually sent.

Questions about a brief go through the contact form. There is no separate legal street address on this site.
