NorthField Sourcing keeps the buyer and the factory on separate lines

This desk writes the brief, sends it, and returns the replies with exclusions still visible. It does not own a plant and it does not wear another company name.

How a brief moves, without a company history

The marks below are steps in one inquiry. They are not founding years, plant counts or completed project totals. NorthField Sourcing does not publish those figures because it does not have them as its own record.

  1. 1

    Read the reference search

The buyer may have typed a brand. The desk records that as the comparison target and states, in the same packet, that the request is for alternative products.

  2. 2

    Freeze the scope word

Shell, delivered, installed or turnkey is chosen before prices are placed side by side. A later change is a new column, not a quiet edit.

  3. 3

    Ask factories the same questions

Module dimensions, design loads, quantity and destination travel together. A reply that swaps a clear span is marked as a deviation.

  4. 4

    Hand the matrix back

The buyer, the engineer and the contractor accept or reject. This desk does not stamp a code set and does not claim the award.

Boundaries that stay on this page

No plant claim

Quotations come from suppliers who answer the brief. Their capacity is theirs to state. Ask them to name the primary frame, the purlin and girt lines, and whether the steel is cold-formed or hot-rolled.

No dealer claim

NorthField Sourcing does not claim authorized dealer status and is not z modular.

No borrowed badge

IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472 and ISO 9001 are files to request, not logos for this site.

No shared price story

A percentage off a market is not stated. The comparison is specification, quantity, destination and scope.

No mixed code labels

Modular buildings, manufactured housing under HUD Code, and IRC houses stay in separate sentences.

No silent address

There is no published street, telephone switchboard or social account. The form is the route.

If the brief is ready, send it

Use the contact form for the occupancy, the destination ZIP and the scope word. Open items can be labeled unknown. A reply is still a quotation to check, not a reservation.
