Written project intake

Contact NorthField Sourcing with the building brief

The form is the desk. There is no published street address, telephone number or social profile. Send the specification, quantity, destination and timing for alternative quotations.

Specification sheets spread on a procurement table

Route

Send the requirement through this page or the inquiry dialog. Both start a review of the same written scope. No walk-in office is published.

What is read

Name, work email, company, product type, optional budget and currency, supplier preference and procurement note. Phone is optional. There is no upload control.

Sequence

Identity, optional budget and preference, then specification review. Unknown loads stay open; a coordinator asks for missing facts before comparable factory quotations can be requested. No same-day reply is promised.

Requirement in three steps

  1. Identity
  2. Budget and preference
  3. Specification note

Include specifications, quantity, destination and delivery timing. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey prices are different scopes.

Read the Privacy Policy before sending your project details.

Write specifications, quantity, destination and timing in the note. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey are different prices. If script is unavailable, the note itself should carry the budget and the supplier preference.

What a complete note lets the desk compare

Name the occupancy first, then the format you will accept: a volumetric box, a panelized package, a folding unit, or a primary frame with purlins and girts. Add module dimensions, eave height and clear span in feet or meters. If a mezzanine exists, give the design live load. If the engineer has already set design wind speed, ground snow load, wind exposure category or seismic design category, copy those figures. If not, write unknown rather than a number from a different county.

State the authority having jurisdiction and whether the path under discussion is IBC, IRC, a state modular program, or HUD Code. Those labels are not interchangeable, and this form does not choose one for the city. Separate the foundation interface, the transport envelope, the crane lift plan and the utility stubs from the building price. A shell quotation can look smaller only because the buyer still owns the slab, the set and the local trades.

Quantity is a count of modules or building sets. Destination is a ZIP code plus any gate or bridge limit. Timing can be a window. An optional USD budget should say whether it is per module or for the whole order. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided remains a preference, not a verified tier. NorthField Sourcing reads that packet as an independent sourcing partner and does not treat it as an order for a named brand.
