NorthField Sourcing privacy policy

This policy describes the business details a buyer chooses to type into a NorthField Sourcing form. It is not a promise that a factory, a carrier or a payment processor handles data the same way.

What the form collects

The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company, and a procurement requirement. Optional fields cover a product label, a target budget with currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference such as premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided. That preference is a buyer wish. It is not a score this desk assigns to a factory. The requirement text should hold the building use, dimensions, quantity, destination and timing if the buyer wants those items compared.

Why it is read

The desk reads the note to prepare a comparable request for alternative quotations. It may forward the technical parts to suppliers who can respond. It does not use the note to build a public review, a customer count, or a testimonial. If a field is blank, the desk does not invent a load, a ZIP code or a budget to fill the gap.

What is not collected here

These pages do not ask for a payment card, a social security number, or an upload of stamped drawings. There is no account password. Server logs that a host may keep are separate from the form fields and are not described here as a marketing list. The site does not publish a map pin, so location is whatever destination the buyer writes, not a tracked store visit.

Preference notes and notice storage

Optional product, budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis and supplier preference accompany the requirement in the same submission. Your original requirement stays as typed. Reopening an inquiry clears the old product selection while leaving your current budget draft available on that page. The sourcing notice records its first display in local storage and a popup or ticker dismissal in session storage. Its display window ends at seven days; closing a notice does not restart that window.

How long the note is useful

A brief stays relevant while quotations are being requested and compared. The desk does not promise a fixed retention period in this text because the production mailbox is not claimed as a verified archive. Buyers who need a record should keep their own copy of what they sent. A later brief does not silently edit an earlier one.

Sharing

Technical requirements may be shared with factories asked to quote. They are not sold as a lead list in this policy. A supplier who receives a brief handles it under that supplier practice, which this page does not control. NorthField Sourcing does not claim authorized dealer status, so a brand owner is not automatically a recipient.

Access

A buyer who wants a clarification about what was submitted can write again through the contact form and identify the company and the project use. The desk will not use a social network message because no social profile is published. Do not send secrets that the project does not need for a quotation.

Children

The pages are written for business buyers. They are not directed at children, and the form is not a place for a minor to request a building.

This notice can change when the form fields change. The text on the page at the time of reading is the notice for that visit. Related limits sit on the terms of service.
